At travel traits, we strive to provide convenient and reliable mobile DNA testing services. To cover the costs associated with travel to your location, we charge a mileage fee as outlined below.

1. Mileage Rate

- A mileage fee of **$0.75 per mile** will be applied for travel to your specified service location.

- The mileage calculation will be based on the distance from our primary address in **Louisiana, 70466** to the address you provide for the service.

2. Payment of Mileage Fee

- The mileage fee must be paid **24 hours before the scheduled service**.

- You will be provided with the total mileage and corresponding fee at the time of booking.

- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, etc. Failure to pay the mileage fee within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

- If you cancel your appointment in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, the mileage fee may be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.

- If we need to cancel the appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the mileage fee.

4. Exceptions

- Waiver of Mileage Fee: In certain cases, such as for regular clients or special promotions, we may waive the mileage fee at our discretion.

- Special Circumstances: If your service location is significantly remote or outside our typical service area, additional travel fees may apply. You will be notified of any such fees at the time of booking.
